Turn Key Building Services Limited was formed to provide clients with precisely what our name implies, a complete Turn Key building service.

The company was created by business partners with extensive experience in the construction sector with the intension of ensuring Turn Key is capable of undertaking a full project managed building service across a broad spectrum of projects.

Building projects from ground works right through to landscaping can be undertaken and fully project managed

A large number of clients we have worked with previously have sub contracted directly or have had main contractors sub contract almost all of the services provided to construct previous projects.  This involves extensive co-ordination and logistic planning and almost without exception delays and extra additional costs as a consequence

With Turn Key the aim is to provide a fully managed building service which provides a client with a definite agreed timetable and cost budget.  Because Turn Key utilises in house labour rather than sub contractors and actually manufacture a large number of products supplied we are in complete control of all aspects of the build programme and as such costly an frustrating delays and cost over runs are eliminated.  These in house facilities give Turn Key a major advantage Turn Key has over all its competitors is that it manufactures in house many of the products used in its building projects.  These include timber frames, trusses, flooring timbers, staircases, windows, doors, kitchens and bedroom fittings.  It is because of these facilities and the broad labour skill base within the business that allows Turn Key to be able to under take and tightly manage clients building project

Turn Key’s fully project managed service offering avoids the stop start problems in the build programme which are incurred on almost all projects as trades cross over and delays and additional costs arise.

Turn Key aims to undertake construction projects to the highest possible standard and with full consideration of the latest and forthcoming changes to regulations.
